Lot Deeds can be upgraded even if they are in use. Note that upgrading a Lot Deed in use does not affect the Lot it is being used to claim. The claimed Lot remains the same size.

Envy Angel doesn’t drop the bow very often. Daemons do not drop the trident very often.
The valentines day quest to gather love letters is confusing until you learn that you have to get 5 distinct different love letters. And, there are some additional love letters laying about that do not count. You can only turn in the ones colored in “quest item yellow/orange”.

Ash still cant place a cooking vendor in virtue oasis.
